Robert Scoble's and Shel Israel's book "Naked Conversations: How Blogs Are Changing The Way Businesses Talk With Customers" is a must read for anyone involved in or thinking about blogging. Whether you run a company blog or ghostwrite blogs for others, this is a good introduction to what blogging is all about. Far from a glowing dote on blogging, Scoble and Israel highlight the pitfalls as much as the opportunities. There is little that I don't agree with in this book but there is one thing I wish they'd been more balanced on.
